Sea Salt at Maloney's is a family holiday house at Maloneys Beach, NSW, run by Abbey and Dan. This page explains what we do with the details you give us.
What we collect
When you book: your name, email, phone number and address if you give them, your dates, how many adults, children and dogs, and any message you send us. If you email us, we have what's in your email.
Payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Who handles it
- Smoobu runs our booking calendar and stores your booking. The booking panel on our website is theirs and may use cookies it needs to work.
- Stripe processes your payment.
- Our cleaners are told the dates of your stay, nothing else.
We don't sell your details or pass them to anyone else, unless the law requires it.
Why we use it
To take and manage your booking, send you arrival details, answer your questions, and sort out anything that comes up during or after your stay. We might email you once after your stay to invite you back. Reply and we won't do it again.
The question helper
The "Questions?" helper on our website answers from a list built into the page. What you type isn't stored or sent anywhere, unless you choose to email it to us.
Security cameras
There are three security cameras outside, covering the entrances to the house. There are none in the garden or the yard, and none inside the house anywhere. They are there for the security of the property. If you would like to know more about how the footage is handled, email us.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it for your booking and for our tax records, then we delete it.
Seeing or correcting your details
Email seasaltmaloneys@gmail.com and we'll show you what we hold, fix it, or delete it where we can.
